Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly accept refunds and exchanges. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please let us know so we can take care of you.
Our return and exchange policy is 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since the date of your original purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.
Sale items are eligible for exchanges and store credit only.

Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $100, consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Jaleh is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
Refund & Exchange Processing
Once your return or exchange is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
Any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges will be processed upon receipt, and your exchange item will ship within 7 business days of receipt.
